About the project
The Mowie is a housing development close to Newquay developed by the building company E.L Tonkin & Sons Ltd of Newquay.
I was commissioned to develop a logo and identity and to produce a website to promote each house on the development. I simultaneously designed an oversized A4 presentation folder to hold each property details sheet which I also designed. In addition to this I also took the architect’s simple site plan and illustrated it and colour coded it to show the different house styles, etc.
