About the project
Mawgan Stores are a popular village shop serving the Lizard Peninsula.

This project involved all of my disciplines, naturally starting with a logotype design. The logo, featuring an ‘organic’ colour scheme and reference to the Cornish Chough by use of the klonopin online overnight bird symbol to portray its distinctive cornishness. The logo was then applied to develop a design for the signage of the shopfront. I then made a photoshoot to produce a library of images to use in the next stage of the project; the brochure. The brochure features some great imagery and is printed on uncoated paper.

Our Village store was part of a branded convenience multiple, which portrayed nothing about our business selling a huge variety of local foods. Alex was tasked to come up with an strong identity and brand for our store with the aim of making our business stand out from the competition. The branding and design was perfect for our business. From the first meeting with Alex, to getting the end products of new signage and marketing booklets, which he organised, the whole process was effortless. We are thrilled with the result. We now have a strong identity with a healthy rise in sales – we couldn’t have achieved this without Alex, who is now working with us to create a new website for our business.
